![]() ANJEL JOHN (Release Date 2009 October 22nd Thursday) Padmashree Left Col Dr Bharath Mohanlal joins hands with Director S.L Jayasurya who the director of Dileep’s Speed Track will be directing this movie. The movie also has Santhanu Bhagyaraj (Sakkarakatti fame), the new born Tamil actor [son of producer and director Bhagyaraj and Poornima Bhagyaraj] to play a lead role in the movie. The movie will also have Ambika, the old heroin of Mohanlal to essay the role of Santhanu’s mother. This will also be the first Malayalam movie for Santhanu. "ANGEL JOHN", which will tell the story of an aim less B.Com student named Maradonna [Shanthanu], the only son of bank employee, Joseph [Lalu Alex] lives a careless life and jumps into some problems with his friends and family which indulges him to commit suicide by walking in to the sea. Mohanlal will appear as a stranger who comes up as a Saviour of the young man and changes his life. The film is produced by K.K. Narayanan under the banner Creative Team. The cinematography of the film is by Ajayan Vincent (known for his work in Bhramaram) and it is penned by Mahi. The remaining cast includes Nitya Menon, Jagathy, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Vijayaraghavan, Lalu Alex, Bheeman Raghu, Sona Nair and will be distributed by Max Lab. Director : S.L. Jayasurya Producer : K.
