Many filmmakers has already shared stories about friendship and friends in Malayalam industry some got extraordinary embrace but some failed to justify even the titles. This story is not different at all, but it worth a word of reference because in Malarvadi Arts club, the approach is different.

The story begins as a flash back form the climax scene, where we feel that 3 friends are trapped in a crisis. The story revolves around 5 friends their godfather with every usual malayalee flavours like music, politics etc. Unreasonable Harthal, the Nokkukoolie (Lookingfee) issues of organized headloaders, the quotation / gunda culture, Luxurious marriages many such social issues are characterized/ referred with the support of humor. Vineeth succeeded as a successor of his father in scripting situations with social satirical elements. Don’t expect much more from this movie but simply enjoy the ecstasy and agony of life.

The normal film viewers are fed up with same scenes in many cinemas. Thanks to director vineeth’s intention to stay away from normal cinematic scenes are absolutely great reliefs. The new faces justified their rolls. Especially kuttu,Prakash Purushu and Malavika deserve a special word of note for some interesting spark of talent they . Veterans Nedumudi, Jagathy, Suraj, Salim kumar and kottayam Naseer also supported the cinema especially with their performance.

The camera by P Sukumar is fine. Background score by Shaan Rehman is perfectly in tune with the cinema. Lyrics by the director purely compliments the storytelling. The directorial debut of Singer turned actor Director Vineeth Srinivasan is the result of a remarkable team work. It’s a fresh effort beautifully pictured without any formula. The actors, directors and other technicians worth special applause for their true to heart efforts. If you really love different experience in Malayalam cinema, please support this cinema.
